Aloha SIN: Service Industry Night

Service Industry Night (often Monday nights) is a night when bars invite servers to eat and drink at a discount. It’s night when we can all put aside the bartender and server act and talk-story. This site will be a space like Service Industry Night where we can meet each other and trade tales and share favorites. This will be a place where we will see our waiters and bartenders, our cousins and co-workers, our neighbors, our lovers, our exes, and our nextes.
